Watstock Information
Watstock is almost upon us and once again we have an awesome line up for you!! We have an eclectic mix of original and covers bands, some brand new bands and some local favourites. The Battle of The Band’s finalists FIRST EFFECTS will be rocking our prime time slot at 7.30 on Saturday 24th July. KLFM will be there too, and will be picking out a few of you for interview, so let us know your thoughts on the day.
In addition, we have some wicked fairground rides this year for the kids, inflatable slides and trampolines, “The Orbitor” and the awesome “Water Zorber”, as well as the usual craft stalls to browse round, whilst the kids are getting soaked, so make sure you get down there and enjoy a great family day.
We have a huge licensed Bar, and we are introducing our NEW Pimms Bar together with our excellent Hot Dog Society BBQ all of which are run by volunteers. In addition we offer a variety of food stands, we even have something for the vegetarians out there, and those with a sweet tooth.
Entry is £3.00 per person and under 12’s go free if accompanied by an adult. There is a car park available which is £1 per car, but limited, so get there early, or if coming from King’s Lynn or Downham, catch the train, they run almost hourly into and out of Watlington.

YOU CANNOT BRING ANYTHING GLASS INTO THE WATSTOCK FESTIVAL AND YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TAKE ALCOHOL INTO OR OUT OF WATSTOCK. THERE IS A BAR AVAILABLE AND YOU WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY WITH YOUR OWN ALCOHOL
Last year we camped out on a field close to the venue. We are travelling from the south of England and up to now expect we will have at least 180 followers for this great annual event. We believe there is a local farmer that will let us camp and park our vehicles. Have you the address.

What is the price of the drinks! We appreciate profit to good causes but most of us can not afford pub prices as like me on a low income being at collage. If we decide to go back to our camp to drink and return later, have we got to pay to get back in.
Unfortunately we cannot offer camping this year at the Watstock site, however there is campsite in the local area ( http://www.kl-cc.co.uk/ ) which is approx 5miles away.
